Our process begins with one or more Discover sessions where we begin to develop a deep understanding of individual and organizational needs and define how success will be measured. Together, we Sketch a solution for coaching, leader development, organizational development, or strategy and change that aligns with the vision and values of the organization and matches the right consultants, facilitators, and coaches to your organization. Our team collaborates with yours to employ a series of shifts over time, measuring the effectiveness of each shift and the solution as a whole.

Solutions and shifts may include:

  • COACHING

    Executive coaching, individual coaching, team coaching, or group coaching are ways to enhance self awareness and develop more effective ways of leading. Coaching is a way to amplify breakthroughs, work more deeply on personal or organizational development issues, and increase our ability to adapt in a demanding and ever-changing world. Our coaching platform provides metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of each engagement. Coaching may be offered on its own or blended with one of PatternShifts’ leadership development programs.

  • LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

    Tailored virtual and/or in-person learning events blended with coaching, peer mentoring, and internal leader moments. Program content may include traditional leadership topics plus our powerful transformative approaches in developing Personal Systems, People Systems, and Organizational Systems. Leadership development is ideal for supervisors and managers (three-month program), mid-level leaders (six- to nine-month program) or executives (nine- to twelve-month program).

  • STRATEGY AND CHANGE

    • Whole-scale, highly engaging strategy planning for organizations and departments.

    • Refinement of vision, values, and priorities as a framework for decision making.
