Coaching Engagements and Leader Development Programs
PatternShifts offers our proprietary Double Helix approach, coaching engagements, and our Leader Series to develop leaders at the supervisor, mid- or senior manager, or executive leader levels.
Double Helix
Our proprietary Double Helix approach represents an intertwined, co-evolving process of leading the organization and developing enhanced capabilities to lead. It promotes greater senior leadership team alignment with clear key performance indicator impacts.
Just as a strand of DNA comes together and separates, our Double Helix program brings leadership teams together for content and coaching sessions that build alignment, strengthen the team, and provide leadership support. Then each leader meets with their own coach to develop their individual action plans, enhance their individual leadership capacity, and integrate concepts and skills from the team sessions. Team and individual coaching sessions alternate each month for up to 12 months.
A discovery session with the internal sponsor of the engagement determines the content for the team sessions. PatternShifts works with the internal sponsor to complete a coaching client intake form, identifying desired outcomes, strengths and focus areas for each of their direct reports participating in the program. Participating leaders then working with their respective coaches, to add their own personal development goals and integrate all goals into a coaching action plan.
Coaching Engagements
PatternShifts offers three-, six-, and 12-month coaching packages. Our process involves:
A Discovery meeting where we define the individual and organizational needs, desired outcomes, and success metrics.
Thoughtful matching based on client need, style preferences, and executive coach experience and approach.
Complimentary, 30-minute chemistry calls to ensure the best match.
Established touch points after one month, halfway through, and at the end of the engagement.
A coaching engagement evaluation survey at the conclusion of the engagement.
Leader Series
Each leader series can be 3 to 12 months long and include a series of half- or full-day in- person reflective and interactive learning sessions complemented by:
leadership assessments
group or individual coaching
peer mentoring, and
learning action plans.
We recommend integrating internally led segments within our professionally facilitated learning sessions. Virtual learning programs are also available with a series of 90-minute to 2-hour learning sessions with cohort reflections and practice sprints between sessions.
